A Personal Thank you from Pat Hynes, Chair, ISPCS 2008

Dear Friend of ISPCS 2008:

Whether you attended our outstanding event this year, or have read in the media about some of the amazing announcements industry leaders shared with attendees last week in Las Cruces, I want to thank you for your continued support of our growing personal and commercial spaceflight industry.

ISPCS 2008 was a special event and it could not have happened without you. Our speakers were first rate, the audience participation was incredible, and I don’t know how many people told me they made an important connection during one of our networking breaks period.

There is a reason visionaries including Virgin Galactic WhiteKnightTwo astronaut-in-waiting Michael Blum and Spaceport America Executive Director Steve Landeene chose this forum to make major announcements: ISPCS 2008 is powered by the leading lights in our industry. Each year they gather to share the ideas that are making the dream of personal and commercial spaceflight a reality.

As I said in my closing remarks at the conference, I am simply in awe of the talent and dedication I witnessed throughout ISPCS 2008.

Thank you for everything you have done. I look forward to seeing you again next year at ISPCS 2009.
