New Mexico Space Grant Consortium is developing interdisciplinary curriculum modules on remote sensing. The intent of this program is to increase the use of NASA’s satellite data and other NASA materials in pursuing better solutions to earth system science problems, and to highlight NASA’s commitment to the health and understanding of our planet. This program provides university faculty and students with image processing and data analysis skills, tools, and technologies and helps faculty integrate remote sensing into curriculum in courses in the Engineering, Arts and Sciences, and Agriculture Colleges.
