Augustine Panelist Greason to Share Insights
on NASA Recommendations at ISPCS 2009
Jeff Greason, CEO of XCOR Aerospace and a member of the Review of U.S. Human Space Flight Plans Committee (also known as the Augustine Committee), will be a featured speaker at ISPCS 2009.
“Two of the key recommendations of the committee were for the United States to engage in more international partnerships and to rely on commercial space companies for low-earth orbit flights,” said Conference Chair Patricia Hynes. “We are excited to have a member providing us with an ‘insider’s view’ of the committee’s deliberations.”
Greason is one of more than 40 distinguished speakers from across the globe who will provide attendees with ‘here-and-now’ examination of where the commercial space industry is today.

Unique Plenary and Networking Sessions
All ISPCS sessions are plenary, allowing everyone to receive the same information simultaneously. Responding to feedback, ISPCS has created multiple means of engaging the audience in discussions with speakers during sessions. Additional networking opportunities are scheduled throughout the two days.
Held October 21 and 22 in Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA, ISPCS is organized by the New Mexico Space Grant Consortium, a member of the National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program, administered by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
