| Image Processing, Physics 362. The course is open to students in the sciences and engineering at the junior/senior/beginning graduate level. Space-based data is used whenever appropriate: Infrared Astronomy Satellite (IRAS) data is part of the astrophysics projects, and satellite weather images is part of the atmospheric projects. Students will learn how to use the Internet to obtain the latest images released by NASA, the Hubble Space Telescope, and the National Observatories.
